Welcome to RiskFreeCleaning. By using our website and booking our cleaning services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

1. Definitions

  • “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to RiskFreeCleaning.
  • “You”, “Your” refers to the customer or client using our services.
  • “Services” refers to any cleaning service offered by RiskFreeCleaning, including residential, end-of-lease, deep cleaning, carpet, kitchen, and outdoor cleaning.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Prices are quoted in AUD and include GST (if applicable).
  • Full payment is required on the day of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Payment methods accepted: Cash, bank transfer, or other approved digital payments.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Minimum 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service fee.
  • If our team is unable to access the premises at the agreed time, a call-out fee may apply.

4. Access & Safety

  • You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if there are unsafe or unsanitary conditions that pose a risk to our staff.
  • Pets should be secured during the cleaning for the safety of both the pet and our cleaners.

5. Service Scope & Time Limits

  • Our standard End of Lease/Deep Cleaning is based on 3 hours. Additional time is charged at $50 per hour.
  • Services provided are limited to the tasks listed in the agreed service package. Custom requests must be made in advance and may incur additional charges.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you must notify us within 24 hours.
  • We may offer a free re-clean of specific areas if the issue falls within the original scope of work.
  • No refunds will be provided if re-clean is refused.

7. Damages & Liability

  • We take all necessary precautions to avoid damage, but accidents may happen.
  • Any damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of service.
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the service or repair/replacement of the damaged item (at our discretion).
  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage, poor surface conditions, or wear and tear.

8. Personal Property

  • Please secure any valuables prior to service. We do not accept responsibility for lost or misplaced items.

9. Use of Website

  • You agree not to misuse this website or its content.
  • All content on the website (text, logos, images) is the property of RiskFreeCleaning and may not be copied or reused without permission.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.


11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes shall be handled in accordance with Australian law.
